Gary Brandt is a proven C-level executive, entrepreneur and mentor with thirty years of leadership experience in clean technologies/renewable energy and telecommunications with extensive corporate experience in strategy, operations, corporate finance & development, raising capital, M&A, negotiations and entrepreneur. From Canada, Brandt earned his BCom. Honors degree from Queen’s University and MBA from York University.
Thomas Howe is an expert in the design of innovative new communications services and equipment, particularly in the application of modern Web technologies to extend traditional telecom infrastructures. In his twenty seven year telecom career, his teams designed first ever products in DSL, VoIP, Internet communications and messaging automation. Howe won the 2015 TADHack Global competition, the O’Reilly Mashup Competition and the VON Innovator’s Award. Thomas was awarded his BSEE from the University of Massachusetts, and attended Northeastern University where he studied Communications, Digital Signal Processing and Abstract Mathematics.
A leader in the industry, Tom brings over 35 years of experience to TEN DIGIT Communications. He is an expert in finance and corporate accounting spending nearly two decades as a principal of the CPA firm Jannsen & Company. He has also worked for companies such as Nortel Networks, Arbinet Corporation, Hydrogenics Corporation and Eagle Trace Consulting. In each role, Tom’s duties included financial reporting, planning & analysis, acquisitions, capital raising & financing, treasury, new business start-ups, accounting systems and other consulting.
Wayne has held Leadership and Executive roles in Management Consulting, leading enterprise transformations with emphasis on delivering significant value from a portfolio of initiatives, including: financial management, operations excellence, process re-engineering for new technology, shared services, performance improvement, and merger integration. Wayne was CFO for Deloitte CIS, a member of the Executive Team, and a key contributor in successfully restructuring the practice through economic downturn. He holds a Diploma in Public Accounting and Finance; an M.B.A, Finance and Financial Management; and a B.A. in cellular Biology and Anatomical Sciences, all from McGill University.

She has partnered with business and cultural leaders as an author, co-author and contributor to over 15 books.
